REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Made-to-Order Products

Every TopLife product is made specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, changes of mind, or accidental orders.

Please review all product details, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will review requests involving:

• Damaged items
• Defective products
• Misprinted products
• Incorrect items received
• Confirmed lost packages

Contact toplifeclothing@gmail.com within seven days of delivery or the estimated delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos when applicable.

Items showing damage caused by wear, washing, misuse, alteration, or improper care are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds and Replacements

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at TopLife Clothing’s discretion. You do not need to return a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item unless we provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Do not mail an item back without contacting us and receiving approval first.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the original purchase currency. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders may only be canceled or changed before production begins. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need assistance.

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee cancellations, address changes, size changes, color changes, or design changes.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be resent because the original address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was refused or left unclaimed.
